How To Order
First, let me start by saying this is a one man show, I take your order, I answer emails, I pack your items and I ship your items, and I care about your satisfaction. You will find it easier working with me, since I do it all, rather than companies with 20 employees, each handling a separate part of the purchase. This is my life not just a job.
With that said ordering is simple, email me a list of what you want. After I confirm an item is available, you come back to this page and follow the following steps. If you already emailed me go to step 1. now.
1. If you decide to get insurance or any other services make sure you tell me with order. If you do not state with order they will not be bought, this information like the order itself must be with the order.
2. If the total is over $200 I will pay shipping and insurance. My Free shipping offer applies only to my site, not ebay, although you my combine them at a reduced rate of course, and only to people in the USA.
3. Then you send a printout or write your order and send it with payment.

Concerns about lost, misdirected or late items. If the order is large and in the USA I will apply insurance without choice if the order is above $50 as well as delivery confirmation. Orders under $50 insurance and trackingis at your option, I will not be responsible for lost or misdirected orders. If the order is small or a foriegn order I allow it to be up to you also, however, understand if the package does not arrive there is nothing I can do, and the responsibility to get insurance is yours, in other words if you do not insurance it you have acknowledged the risk of loosing it and are responsible, so please buy insurance if you do not want to take the risk of loosing a package, this also of course applies to damage. I believe in buying insurance.
